We are looking for a 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 to spearhead our sales strategy, drive key account growth, and lead a high-performing team. This is a high-impact leadership position within a fast-paced and evolving logistics environment. 🎯 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Drive business development and key account management in the logistics/rail infrastructure domain. Lead and coach a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets. Develop sales strategies that deliver value-based solutions to clients. Monitor and respond to competition, market trends, and customer needs in the NCR region. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiations. Ensure strong customer relationships and high retention levels. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales with service delivery and client success. 🎓 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: MBA preferred (Sales & Marketing / Logistics / Supply Chain specialization). 15–20 years of proven experience in sales leadership within logistics or rail infrastructure. Strong understanding of the NCR logistics market and competitive landscape. Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring sales teams. Excellent time management, planning, and decision-making skills. 💡 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐖𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Coaching and team motivation capabilities.
