1. Responsible for overall marketing, sales, and business development of yarn (domestic and export markets).
2. Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
3. Identify new customers, markets, and product opportunities for cotton and blended yarns.
4. Maintain strong relationships with key buyers, agents, and traders.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and price movements in the textile industry.
6. Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers for maximum profitability.
8. Manage credit control, payment collection, and customer satisfaction.
9. Lead and guide the marketing team to achieve set targets and KPIs.
10. Report to top management on sales performance, market feedback, and strategic plans.
