General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, developing strategies to improve performance, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction especially in study abroad . The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a proven leader with a strong track record of success over the past 10+ years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage, coach, and develop department managers and staff
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business goals
• Monitor financial performance and drive profitability
• Prepare and present performance and financial reports to senior leadership
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations
• Foster a positive, results-oriented workplace culture
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvements

Qualifications:

• Proven 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role (General Manager, Director of Operations, etc.)
• Demonstrated success in managing teams, budgets, and operations
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
