Job Description

Job Summary We are looking a motivated Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting our products and services, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle rejections gracefully. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell products and services. - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. - Answer questions about products or the company. - Direct prospects to the sales team when needed. - Enter and update customer information in the database. - Handle customer objections and rejections professionally. - Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. - Achieve monthly targets. Qualifications -Fresher and experienced candidate can apply - Any bachelor’s degree . - Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems. - Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
