Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with travel plans, providing expert advice, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the booking and travel process. Job Responsibilities: Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and travel insurance. Provide detailed and up-to-date information about travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination options. Maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service before, during, and after trips. Use booking systems, travel software and CRM tools to manage reservations and client records. Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth travel processes. Handle travel-related queries and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred. Freshers with high motivational skill are encouraged to apply . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
