Role Overview

General Manager – International Purchase

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage international purchasing and vendor relations with global luxury brands.
• Oversee imports, customs clearance, and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and agencies to ensure timely shipments.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international suppliers.
• Develop and implement purchase strategies that align with company objectives.
• Build strong relationships with brand partners and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor global market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks.
• Ensure smooth coordination between HO and other branch offices.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in international purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Proven experience in dealing with international brands and import processes.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping, and freight handling.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the luxury or building materials sector is a plus.
