General Manager HRBP (Sales/Field HR)

As a General Manager HRBP at Cadila Pharmaceuticals, located in Bhat, Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in partnering with the Sales leadership team to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, and talent development within the sales function. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with business leaders to design organizational structures, plan workforce requirements, succession planning, and build employee capabilities. - Developing assessment frameworks to improve sales effectiveness. - Providing coaching to managers to enhance leadership skills and address employee issues. - Evaluating and ensuring the impact and alignment of training programs with objectives. - Reviewing and implementing best practices in sales HR policies, processes, and recognition schemes. - Initiating employee engagement activities to boost morale within the sales workforce. - Managing the entire HR lifecycle from sourcing to performance management and compensation. - Offering guidance on day-to-day performance management to line managers. - Leading continuous improvements in HR service delivery for the sales function. Qualifications and Experience: - A strong HR leadership background, preferably with experience in sales/field workforce. - Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. - Ability to collaborate with business teams to implement effective HR strategies. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
