About the Role: We are looking for a visionary education expert with deep experience in K12 pedagogy, child learning psychology , and curriculum logic design to help us build the next-generation AI-driven adaptive learning platform for school students. As the Senior Pedagogy and Learning Behavior Expert , you will architect the academic and psychological backbone of our product defining how students learn, progress, get motivated, and are supported across thousands of learning journeys. Key Responsibilities: Pedagogical & Learning Logic Design: Architect the learning journey logic for each grade and subject (Class 6–12), ensuring optimal knowledge transfer, attention management, and emotional safety. Define content block structures (conceptual core, reinforcement, analogies, activity, interactivity) based on learner psychology. Translate complex CBSE/ICSE curriculum into adaptive learning flows using atomic units of learning. Child Psychology & Behavior Modelling: Analyze learning behavior and attention-span patterns of different student types. Build learner personas (e.g., passive listener, overachiever, anxious learner, curious jumper) and help design system reactions (e.g., when to encourage, simplify, push). Define logic for emotional support , motivation triggers , reinforcement scheduling , and challenge calibration . Collaboration with Product & AI Teams: Work closely with instructional designers, content teams, and AI engineers to translate pedagogical models into working product features. Advise the development of personalization engines , adaptive quiz logic , and real-time feedback layers . Curriculum Intelligence: Provide in-depth understanding of CBSE/ICSE learning outcomes , subject interconnections, and assessment scaffolding. Guide mapping of topics to cognitive difficulty , misconception zones , and retention profiles . Requirements: Must-Have: 10+ years of experience in pedagogy, child psychology, or curriculum design for K–12 education. Deep understanding of child learning behaviors , cognitive development, and motivation theories. Experience designing or leading curriculum/content for school-age learners (especially CBSE/ICSE). Ability to create structured learning frameworks and articulate logic for AI/tech teams to build. Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills. Good-to-Have: Background in educational psychology, B.Ed/M.Ed, Ph.D. (Child Development or Learning Sciences) . Experience working with edtech platforms , personalized learning systems, or assessment tools. Familiarity with Bloom’s Taxonomy, SOLO taxonomy, Universal Design for Learning (UDL) , or similar frameworks. Exposure to learning analytics or adaptive learning models. What Success Looks Like: You’ve defined and validated multiple learner personas with supporting pedagogy models. You’ve co-created logic flows that power the learning path engine of an AI tutor. You’ve improved student content understanding, retention, and engagement through well-structured content and logic. You’ve become the pedagogical brain of the product.
