Role Overview: As the General Manager HRBP at Cadila Pharmaceuticals, you will be a vital part of the Sales leadership team. Your role will involve collaborating closely with business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, develop workforce capability, and nurture talent within the sales function. You will be responsible for implementing people strategies that align with the company's business objectives, making you a key player in driving the success of the sales organization. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to strategize on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and capability building. - Design and implement assessment frameworks aimed at improving sales effectiveness. - Provide coaching to managers to enhance their leadership skills and address employee-related issues. - Evaluate, monitor, and ensure the effectiveness of training programs, aligning them with business goals. - Review and compare sales HR policies, processes, and recognition schemes to promote best practices. - Drive initiatives to boost employee engagement within the sales workforce. - Manage the complete HR lifecycle, including recruitment strategies, performance management, and compensation. - Offer guidance to line managers on day-to-day performance management. - Lead continuous improvements in HR service delivery to the sales function. Qualifications & Experience: - Solid background in HR leadership, with a preference for experience in sales/field workforce. - Demonstrated proficiency in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. - Ability to collaborate effectively with business teams to deliver impactful HR strategies. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities. - Candidates with a pharmaceutical industry background, specifically in Sales HR, are strongly preferred.
