Job Description Designation: Deputy General Manager Finance Department: Finance & Accounts Division: ICCS DigX Limited (Corporate) Location: Noida Company: ICCS Salary Range: 15.00 – 20.00 LPA Job Type: Full-Time Employment Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years No. of Vacancy: 1 Age Range: 25 – 40 Years Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented General Manager – Finance to oversee financial planning, analysis, budgeting, compliance, and strategic decision support for ICCS DigX Limited. The role requires a strong command of financial management, regulatory compliance, taxation, and stakeholder coordination to ensure the organization’s financial efficiency and integrity. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a track record of implementing robust financial systems and processes in a corporate setup. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning & Analysis •Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models. •Monitor financial performance, variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions. •Provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decisions. 2. Accounting & Reporting •Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations. •Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts as per statutory and audit standards. •Prepare and review MIS reports for management and business reviews. 3. Compliance & Audit •Ensure adherence to statutory, legal, and taxation regulations (Direct & Indirect Taxes, TDS, GST, etc.). •Coordinate with internal and external auditors for smooth audit completion and compliance management. •Maintain accurate documentation and ensure implementation of audit recommendations. 4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management •Manage cash flow forecasting, fund allocation, and working capital optimization. •Handle banking relationships, fund management, and investment decisions. •Ensure efficient utilization of financial resources. 5. Cost Control & Process Improvement •Implement cost optimization and control measures across departments. •Drive process automation and financial system enhancements. •Develop financial SOPs and ensure adherence across the organization. 6. Team Leadership & Coordination •Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team for improved performance and productivity. •Collaborate with business and functional heads for financial guidance and compliance alignment. Candidate Profile: Qualifications: •CA / MBA (Finance) / Post Graduate in Finance or Accounting. Experience: •Minimum 5 years to 10 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, and Corporate Budgeting. •Prior experience in corporate finance or BPO/ITES environment preferred. Key Competencies: •Strong understanding of financial planning, accounting standards, and statutory compliance. •Expertise in budgeting, taxation, and audit management. •Proficiency in financial systems, ERP tools, and advanced Excel. •Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. •High degree of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
