Roles Responsibilities

  • Heading all the verticals of business.
  • Capability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing persons perspective.
  • Persuading and leading a sales team through coaching and development to achieve sales growth and company objectives.
  • Meet and exceed goals through the strategic development and implementation of business plans to achieve sales growth targets and maximize profitability such as PL, margin profit, etc
  • Set-up and communicates weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Hands-on management and growth of a book of key corporate customers through new business prospecting, exceptional relationship development, and ambitious strategies.
  • Builds in-depth knowledge about car rental, transportation and industry trends to better understand and serve customers needs.
  • Cultivates a network of influential contacts to expand the customer base and build lasting relationships to achieve sales objectives.
  • Working collaboratively with marketing and customer experience teams to maximize initiatives by sharing key strategies, knowledge and developing proactive tools.
  • Utilize reporting and performance metrics to support strategic decision making.
  • Certify reports and other internal intelligence and insight is provided to the sales and marketing organization.
  • Working with the Sales, Account Management and Operations, teams to implement targeted sales strategy.
  • Determining annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results.
  • Working with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  • Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Reporting on key KPIs related to the lead and the opportunity waterfall in order to implement a consistent closed-loop between marketing and sales.
  • Establishing good relations with the Car Dealers and negotiation for purchases.
