General Manager - Cosmetics

A General Manager in the cosmetics industry oversees all business aspects, from strategic growth and financial performance to daily operations (production, marketing, sales, R&D, supply chain) and team leadership, ensuring GMP/ISO compliance and market competitiveness, while driving profitability and innovation within the beauty sector. Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement business plans, identify market opportunities, set long-term goals, and drive revenue growth in a competitive beauty market.
• Operations Management: Supervise daily operations across manufacturing, supply chain, quality control (GMP/ISO), R&D, and retail/e-commerce, optimizing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Financial Acumen: Manage budgets, control costs, analyze KPIs, and ensure strong financial performance for the company or business unit.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, production, etc.) to achieve company objectives.
• Brand & Market: Oversee brand building, marketing initiatives, visual merchandising, and ensure alignment with the global brand's DNA.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, partners, media, and clients.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience: Proven senior leadership in cosmetics, beauty retail, FMCG, or related industries.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Skills: Strong financial management, strategic planning, operational optimization, data analysis, leadership, negotiation, and excellent communication skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of cosmetic trends, product development, regulatory landscape, and e-commerce best practices

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
