Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily functioning of our Adventure Park. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing amusement parks, adventure parks, sports/recreation centers, or similar facilities, with a strong focus on safety, staff coordination, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Park Operations

Oversee day-to-day functioning of all adventure activities, kids park, dome theatre, trampoline park, Vr, boating, kayaking, glass bridge and other service areas.

Ensure smooth and timely opening, operation, and closing of the park.

Manage crowd flow and ensure excellent guest experiences during weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.

2. Staff Supervision

Manage and supervise on-ground staff including activity instructors, safety officers, ticketing team, and maintenance crew.

Schedule staff shifts, conduct briefings, and ensure professional discipline.

Train new recruits on safety protocols and customer service.

3. Safety and Compliance

Ensure all adventure activities meet safety standards and that all safety gear is in excellent condition.

Conduct routine inspections of equipment and infrastructure.

Maintain emergency protocols and coordinate with medical responders if needed.

4. Guest Experience & Customer Service

Ensure Park cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction at all touchpoints.

Address customer complaints or incidents quickly and professionally.

Coordinate with front office/ticket counters to ensure smooth entry and exit of guests.

5. Vendor and Facility Management

Oversee vendors (food courts, cleaning teams, equipment maintenance).

Coordinate with maintenance teams for repair, upgrades, and infrastructure checks.

6. Reporting and Coordination

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations, footfall, and incidents.

Coordinate with the Managing Director and Marketing team for event execution and group bookings.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing a theme park, sports centre, or recreation facility.

Strong understanding of park safety protocols, team management, and customer service.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in handling high-pressure situations and resolving operational challenges.

Preferred Qualities:

Energetic and hands-on leader who is physically active and ready to move around the park.

Passionate about adventure, youth engagement, and customer happiness.

Basic knowledge of mechanical/equipment functioning is a plus.

Multilingual ability preferred (Malayalam, English, Tamil and Hindi).

Remuneration:

Attractive salary based on experience, with performance-based incentives food and accommodation
