We are looking for smart, customer-friendly billing staff for our ticket counters. The ideal candidates should be:
✅ Pleasant in communication – Greet every guest with a smile and a welcoming attitude
✅ Efficient in billing and ticketing – Handle transactions smoothly with attention to detail
✅ Good at basic sales – Promote combo packages and guide customers toward the best experiences
✅ Fluent in Malayalam and basic English – To serve both local and outstation visitors
✅ Trustworthy and punctual – Ensure accuracy in cash handling and daily reports
✅ Well-groomed and polite – Represent the BMV's brand and maintain a professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications: Minimum +2 qualification
Prior experience in billing/customer service is an added advantage
Basic computer or POS knowledge
