Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow the online presence of our Adventure Park & outbond training. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, social media management, and performance marketing, with a passion for tourism, adventure, and youth engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Manage daily posting on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
Create engaging content including photos, reels, stories, polls, and event highlights.
Build community engagement by replying to messages, comments, and queries.
Content Creation
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and in-house team to develop high-quality visuals and captions.
Create and schedule monthly content calendars with strategic planning for promotions and campaigns.
Advertising & Campaigns
Plan and run paid digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
Track and optimize ad performance for maximum reach and lead conversion.
Marketing Coordination
Support promotions for group bookings, seasonal offers, school/college events, and outbound training programs.
Collaborate with operations and sales teams for event coverage and promotions.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor social media and website performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on growth, reach, engagement, and conversions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital or social media marketing, preferably in tourism, hospitality, events, or entertainment.
Proficiency in using Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media scheduling tools.
Strong creative writing and visual storytelling skills.
Knowledge of Malayalam and English is essential.

Remuneration:
Competitive salary based on experience, with performance-based incentives .
