A real estate General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of properties, which includes overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and leading staff. They develop and execute plans to optimize property value, handle tenant relations and leasing, and ensure the properties are compliant with regulations. Key duties include financial oversight, market analysis, and maintaining relationships with owners, tenants, and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities

• Strategic planning: Developing and implementing strategies to increase property value, profitability, and market share.
• Financial management: Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance to ensure profitability. This includes collecting rent and managing operating expenses.
• Operational oversight: Managing day-to-day operations, such as maintenance, repairs, and vendor relations.
• Leasing and tenant relations: Managing leasing activities, handling tenant inquiries, and building strong relationships with tenants and other stakeholders.
• Staff leadership: Recruiting, training, and managing the property team, including setting performance goals and providing guidance.
• Market analysis: Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing, marketing, and sales strategies.
• Compliance: Ensuring all properties and operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Property maintenance: Conducting regular inspections and overseeing maintenance to ensure properties are safe, well-kept, and code-compliant.
• Sales and business development: In some roles, this includes generating leads, presenting projects to clients, and helping with the sales process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
