Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in North India. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, develop and implement business strategies, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain budgetary controls. The role involves liaising with key stakeholders, driving company sales and performance, and fostering an innovative and collaborative workplace environment.

• Strong Business Acumen and Strategic Planning abilities
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Financial Management and Budgeting experience
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• Ability to work on-site in North India.
• Salary goes up to 45 Lpa.
• Minn 20 Year's of experience required in same field.
