They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. Design Leadership: • Develop and articulate the architectural vision for the integrated development, ensuring coherence across the hotel, retail, and entertainment components. • Lead the design process, from concept development to detailed design, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. • Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and international hospitality standards. 2. Consultant Coordination: • Identify, evaluate, and appoint architectural and engineering consultants, both local and international. • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external consultants to ensure alignment on design objectives and project timelines. • Review and approve design deliverables, ensuring they meet the project's quality and functional requirements. 3. Project Management: • Oversee the preparation and finalization of GFC drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Coordinate with project management and construction teams to ensure designs are implemented as intended. • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. 4. Stakeholder Engagement: • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including development, operations, and marketing teams, to incorporate their inputs into the design process. • Engage with hotel operators to integrate brand-specific requirements into the design. • Liaise with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and ensure compliance. 5. Quality Assurance & Compliance: • Implement quality control measures to maintain high design and construction standards. • Ensure all designs meet sustainability criteria and environmental regulations. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any design-related issues.
