Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives, including market analysis, target identification, and entry strategies for new markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and mechanics.
• Lead / Motivate team of RMs and sales professionals to review and achieve sales targets.
• Effective Management of sales planning, Sales / Business promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Policy implementation, network expansion, and demand generation within their designated zone.
• Conduct market research, analyse share of business (SOB), map competition, forecast and budget, and prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Preferred candidate profile

Professional Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma / B. tech / MBA Marketing
• Minimum 25 years of experience in After Market Sales & Marketing profile,

  trailer and suspension

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in sales strategies and market analysis.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
