General Management Internship

As an intern with us, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our business. Here is a breakdown of your day-to-day responsibilities: **Role Overview:** You will play a vital role in providing strategic and business support to senior management, working on cross-functional projects across different departments, and preparing reports and presentations for decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist senior management in planning, research, and execution of strategic initiatives. - Work on cross-functional projects involving operations, marketing, HR, finance, and sales. - Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to facilitate decision-making processes. - Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. - Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and operations. - Conduct competitor analysis, industry research, and consumer insights studies. - Identify business trends and prepare summaries for management. - Support new product launches and business development initiatives. - Take ownership of small projects or modules under guidance. - Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely execution of projects. - Assist in monitoring budgets, timelines, and deliverables. - Liaise between senior management and different teams. - Support HR in employee engagement, recruitment drives, and training programs. - Participate in meetings and prepare minutes/follow-up action trackers. - Gain hands-on exposure to multiple functions through rotational assignments. - Shadow leaders to understand decision-making frameworks. - Present learnings and project outcomes at the end of the internship. **Qualifications Required:** - Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, management, marketing). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various departments. - Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Currently, we have 2 flagship stores in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, and are in the process of establishing our e-commerce channels.
