Description and Requirements

You will be responsible for developing and delivering new solution, designs and implementations to support configuration services and cross functional Lenovo initiatives, including:

Project and workflow development
Process design and re-design
Automation initiatives
Addressing manufacturing and product issue that impact configuration services
Licensing, End of Life OS, New OS, Hardware decommits activity
Support Sales, OEM and Customer support / interactions (RFP, Offers, Solutions)
Cross functional engagements with global initiatives to maintain and support Configuration tools and systems
Support Global Product Services Offering development and readiness sign off
