Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead marketing strategies for game launches, updates, and live ops.
• Identify and define target audiences to drive player acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, UA, community) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, assets, and performance tracking.
• Launch and monitor digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, influencers, social media, email, etc.).
• Coordinate with PR agencies, media outlets, and platform partners for promotions.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Keep up with industry trends, gamer communities, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.

• Strong knowledge and genuine interest in games, gaming platforms, and gamer communities.

• Experience with full-funnel digital marketing strategies and user acquisition techniques.
• Proficient in data analysis, marketing KPIs, and performance marketing tools.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, community building, or esports.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Knowledge of F2P, monetization strategies, and live service models.
