Game Marketing Manager

As a strategic and creative Game Marketing Manager, you will be deeply passionate about games and possess a profound understanding of gamer behavior, trends, and culture. Your primary role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass game launches, updates, and live ops to enhance engagement, visibility, and growth for our games. - Devising and spearheading marketing strategies for various game initiatives - Identifying target audiences to drive player acquisition and retention - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency - Managing campaign budgets and timelines - Launching and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across different channels - Coordinating with PR agencies and media outlets for promotions - Analyzing marketing performance metrics - Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field - At least 3 years of marketing experience in the gaming or entertainment industry - Robust knowledge and genuine interest in games, gaming platforms, and gamer communities - Expertise in full-funnel digital marketing strategies, user acquisition techniques, data analysis, marketing KPIs, and performance marketing tools - Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience in influencer marketing, community building, or esports, familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Meta Ads Manager, and knowledge of F2P, monetization strategies, and live service models.
