Role: Fundraising Manager / Officer We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Fundraising Manager / Officer who will be responsible for developing and executing innovative fundraising campaigns, building donor relationships, and securing the financial sustainability of our programs. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator and passionate about social impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals Identify and engage new donors, partners, and CSR opportunities Manage donor databases and maintain strong relationships with existing supporters Research and apply for grants from foundations, CSR initiatives, and funding agencies Create compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for donors Coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and digital donation drives Monitor fundraising performance and provide regular reports to leadership Collaborate with communications and program teams to align messaging and impact stories Ensure compliance with all donor reporting and grant requirements Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in fundraising, CSR, grant writing, or donor management (NGO sector preferred) Proven track record in securing funds or managing donor accounts Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills Knowledge of CSR policies, FCRA guidelines, and fundraising platforms Passion for social causes, proactive attitude, and relationship-building skills Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and fundraising software is a plus Optional but Desirable Prior experience in digital fundraising or crowdfunding Network in CSR or NGO funding circles Bilingual ability (English + Tamil) is a strong advantage What We Offer Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid) Opportunities to grow with a purpose-driven team Access to meaningful projects with visible impact A chance to contribute to long-term social change 📩 Interested?
