Should have a strong understanding of wealth management products, Debentures, AIFs, PMS, MF etc. Strong communication sales and a track record of achieving targets and achieving incentives. Should have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
