Fundraising Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and proactive Fundraising Executive to join our team. You will play a critical role in strengthening our resource base, building donor relationships, and unlocking funding opportunities to support and scale our mission.

Experience Required

• 2–5 years of experience in fundraising, development, donor management, CSR partnerships, grant writing, or related roles in the nonprofit or social impact sector
• Familiarity with fundraising processes, donor databases, proposal development, and reporting formats
• Prior experience working with cultural organizations, grassroots programs, or arts-focused nonprofits is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and pursue funding opportunities from CSR partners, philanthropic institutions, international funders, and HNIs
• Draft grant proposals, concept notes, donor presentations, and impact reports tailored to diverse stakeholders
• Maintain and build donor relationships through regular updates, engagement strategies, and stewardship efforts.
• Collaborate with program and communications teams to align funding proposals with project goals and storytelling.
• Track and manage donor pipeline, funding targets, and reporting calendars
• Support fundraising events, donor visits, campaigns, and outreach initiatives
• Ensure all donor records, communications, and documentation are accurately maintained
