Job Description The Head – Fundraising & Corporate Partnerships will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to secure financial support from corporates, foundations, and CSR initiatives. This role involves identifying potential partners, cultivating long-term relationships, and driving strategic collaborations aligned with Team Triguna’s mission of empowering communities through Safety, Skills, and Sustainability. This is a senior leadership position requiring strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert opportunities into impactful partnerships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Fundraising & Business Development Develop and implement an annual fundraising strategy aligned with the organization’s strategic plan. Identify and secure CSR funding, corporate donations, and institutional grants. Create innovative partnership models with corporates focusing on Road Safety, Livelihoods, Skilling, and Education. Lead proposal development and pitch presentations tailored to donor priorities. Track and forecast fundraising targets and ensure timely achievement of revenue goals. 2. Corporate & CSR Partnerships Build and manage relationships with CSR heads, corporate foundations, industry associations, and chambers of commerce. Map CSR trends, policies, and upcoming funding opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to co-create high-impact, scalable programs for CSR alignment. Represent Team Triguna in external meetings, forums, and events to enhance organizational visibility. Ensure compliance with partner organizations' CSR guidelines and reporting requirements. 3. Donor Management & Relationship Building Maintain strong engagement with existing partners through timely updates, reports, and impact showcases. Ensure donor retention through relationship nurturing, transparency, and effective communication. Conceptualize and organize partner visits, events, and recognition programs. 4. Proposal & Documentation Develop high-quality proposals, concept notes, MoUs, and presentations. Collaborate with program and finance teams to design budgets and implementation plans. Prepare donor reports, success stories, and impact briefs aligned with reporting timelines. 5. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration Lead a small team of fundraising professionals and interns. Mentor, guide, and build the capacities of team members on corporate partnership and fundraising best practices. Work closely with the communications team to design fundraising campaigns and donor engagement materials. Coordinate with program and M&E teams for data and impact metrics relevant to donor reporting. 6. Brand Building & Advocacy Enhance the visibility of Team Triguna’s initiatives through strategic collaborations, events, and thought leadership platforms. Develop and promote co-branded campaigns with partners in alignment with social impact objectives. Represent the organization in CSR forums, award platforms, and thematic summits. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Postgraduate in Management, Development Studies, Marketing, or related field. Experience: Minimum 03 to 05 years of relevant experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, or CSR consulting, preferably with NGOs or social enterprises. Proven track record of closing high-value partnerships. Strong understanding of the CSR landscape, sustainability frameworks, and corporate engagement mechanisms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience working with multi-sectoral programs such as education, skill development, livelihoods, and road safety is desirable.
