Job Description: As a Fundraising Officer at CEF International's authorized airport kiosk in Bengaluru International Airport, you will have the opportunity to represent the organization and engage with travelers from diverse backgrounds. Your role will involve connecting emotionally with passengers, effectively communicating the mission of CEF International, and inspiring them to contribute towards improving the lives of underprivileged children. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to educate them about CEF International's mission and programs. - Create awareness about the social impact of the organization and encourage potential donors to contribute. - Achieve individual and team fundraising targets. - Maintain accurate donor records and daily fundraising reports. - Represent the organization professionally and ensure smooth operations at the kiosk. - Participate in fundraising events, campaigns, and promotional activities. - Collaborate with team members to strategize and enhance donor engagement. Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or non-profit outreach. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. - Target-driven mindset with a positive and persuasive approach. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Energetic, confident, and presentable demeanor suitable for public interaction. - Experience in organizing fundraising events is an added advantage.,
