Fundraising Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Fund Raising Executive to support our organization in generating funds for social, charitable, and development programs. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing fundraising activities, building relationships with donors, corporates, institutions, and the public, and ensuring continuous financial support for the organization’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute fundraising campaigns and events
• Identify and approach individual donors, corporates, CSR partners, and institutions
• Generate funds through online platforms, crowdfunding, donation drives, and events
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and stakeholders
• Prepare fundraising proposals, presentations, and reports
• Promote fundraising campaigns through social media, email, and offline activities
• Coordinate with marketing and program teams for fundraising initiatives
• Maintain accurate donor records and follow up for repeat donations
• Ensure transparency and compliance with organizational policies

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to convince and build long-term relationships
• Basic knowledge of fundraising, CSR, or NGO operations (preferred)
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• Experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or NGO sector is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
