Job Description

Job Title: Lead Functional Tester Exp - 5-7 Yrs Budget -13 LPA Location – Bangalore ( WFO- Yelahanka, All 5 Days) Notice - Immediate to 15 days Interview - 2 Rounds ( internal )Virtual +F2F Primary Skills- Manual Testing , Mutual Funds, Team Lead Exposure. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for mutual fund systems. Good communication and client stakeholder engagement experience. Coordinate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery. Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT test cycles. Test planning and execution, analyzing QA metrics and resolutions, managing and mentoring teams, API testing and debugging issues. Manage defect tracking, reporting, and closure using tools like JIRA, ALM, or similar. Mentor and guide QA team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and processes. Ensure test deliverables are reviewed and approved per the defined quality standards. Provide daily and monthly QA KPI reports. Proficient in platforms like Mutual Funds (IPO, NFO, bonds, investments using lumsum and SIPs, onboarding journeys, and user management).
