Job Summary

The Functional Specialist (ISG) role requires a seasoned professional with 10 to 14 years of experience in Oracle Unix Shell Scripting and ACI MTS. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance our financial systems ensuring seamless operations and integration. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the payments domain contributing to the companys mission of delivering innovative financial solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of Oracle-based solutions to optimize financial processes and systems.
Oversee Unix Shell Scripting tasks to automate and streamline operational workflows.
Provide technical expertise in ACI MTS to ensure robust and efficient transaction processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SWIFT Wire Payments and Cards & Payments solutions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical implementations.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system integrity and performance.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and solutions.
Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve system functionalities.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Oracle Unix Shell Scripting and ACI MTS demonstrating a deep understanding of these technologies.
Have a strong background in SWIFT Wire Payments and Cards & Payments showcasing domain expertise.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
