Responsibilities:
  • Process end-to-end payroll for employees in SEA countries (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, ).
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, employee data, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with finance, HR, and external payroll vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports, tax filings, and social security contributions.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll inquiries promptly.
  • Support month-end and year-end payroll closing activities.
  • Assist in payroll audits and compliance reviews.
  • Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation in SEA countries.
Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippines / Indonesia Payroll/Singapore/Thailand with an experience of at least 4+ years in payroll implementation/support
  • Good understanding of statutory compliances of the country
  • Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives.
  • Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and proposing resolutions.
  • Effective time management skill
  • Client handling and payroll system implementation (Transition)
