Fullstack AI Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior AI Fullstack Engineer to join our pioneering team and build the next generation of intelligent applications. This role requires a unique blend of skills: deep expertise in building sophisticated AI/ML systems using Python, and a mastery of high-performance backend development using Node.js or Bun. The ideal candidate is an architect at heart, with proven experience in designing scalable microservices and real-time, event-driven systems.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our products, from architecting the core backend infrastructure to implementing cutting-edge AI features and building intuitive frontend experiences. Responsibilities

• System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, resilient, and decoupled systems using a microservices architecture.
• Backend Development: Build and maintain high-performance, low-latency backend services and APIs using Node.js or Bun.
• AI Application Development: Develop and productionize AI/ML services, LLM-powered applications, and agentic systems using Python and its rich ecosystem of AI frameworks.
• Real-Time Data Processing: Architect and build event-driven systems using streaming and pub/sub technologies (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, RabbitMQ) to handle real-time data flow.
• Database Management: Design and manage robust data models and schemas for both PostgreSQL (SQL) and MongoDB (NoSQL) databases, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Frontend Development: Develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Integration and Deployment: Own the full lifecycle of services, including integration between the Node.js/Bun backend and Python AI services, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, research, and other engineering teams to define technical roadmaps and deliver production-ready systems.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to establishing best practices in software design and development.
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record in building Fullstack Python + TypeScript applications.
• Core Backend Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience building and scaling microservices with Node.js or Bun.
• AI Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python, specifically for building AI/ML applications, and demonstrable experience working with LLMs and agentic frameworks.
• Architectural Expertise: Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures and real-time, event-driven systems using streaming and pub/sub patterns.
• Database Skills: Proficient in designing, managing, and optimizing both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Frontend Excellence: Solid experience with React and TypeScript for building modern, complex user interfaces.
• Computer Science Fundamentals: A strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and software design principles.

• Cloud and DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
