Job Overview:We are looking for a hardworking, honest, and self-motivated developer who is capable of managing the entire lifecycle of a project—from conception to execution—while also having the skills and enthusiasm to train others within the organization. You will work independently, collaborate with team members, and be the go-to person for technical expertise, while helping to mentor and train junior developers and team members. Key Responsibilities:Development: Independently handle the entire project development process from design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code. Work with project managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Integrate third-party services, APIs, and tools as required. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues. Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality and best practices. Training & Mentoring: Design and deliver technical training sessions for internal teams and new developers. Develop training materials and documentation to support learning objectives. Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions to improve the technical skills of junior team members. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and new hires. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and business development to deliver projects on time and within scope. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and challenges. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of tasks. Desired Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills: Proficient in programming languages such as [list relevant languages—e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, Ruby, etc.]. Strong experience in web development, mobile applications, or other relevant technologies. Familiar with frameworks, tools, and libraries such as [list frameworks/tools—e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Django, etc.]. Strong understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and APIs. Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple projects at once. Self-motivated with a passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest technologies. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines effectively. Experience: Proven experience working on full-stack development and managing independent projects.
