Job Title: SEO Specialist

Job Summary: The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and enhance the overall online visibility of our brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and boost conversion rates.
• Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and target keywords that align with business goals.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking, to ensure it aligns with SEO best practices.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content that drives traffic and engages the audience.
• Technical SEO: Work closely with the development team to identify and fix technical SEO issues, such as site speed, crawl errors, and mobile optimization.
• Link Building: Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search rankings.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps in our SEO strategy and capitalize on new opportunities.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and implement changes as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the latest SEO trends.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce SEO or managing large-scale SEO projects.
• Familiarity with local SEO strategies and tools.
• Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
