Full Stack .Net Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced VB.NET Developer to join our team in maintaining and

enhancing a large enterprise-grade SaaS platform built on VB.NET WebForms. The platform

includes complex user workflows, dynamic data management, reporting features, and

integrations with external systems. The role requires working on both backend (SQL Server,

business logic) and frontend (Telerik controls, UI logic) components within a well-established

codebase.

Responsibilities

● Enhance and maintain modules built using VB.NET (WebForms) in a large-scale SaaS

environment.

● Write and optimize complex SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and views.

● Work with Telerik UI controls such as Grids, Editors, ComboBoxes, and implement

custom UI logic.

● Debug and fix issues related to data processing, application behavior, and client-specific

workflows.

● Handle integration logic for external systems (e.g., APIs for registration and user data

sync).

● Follow Git-based version control workflows for feature branching, staging merges, and

PR reviews.

● Collaborate with Product Owners, QA teams, and internal stakeholders for requirement

clarification and testing support.

Required Skills

● 3–7 years of experience in VB.NET (ASP.NET WebForms) development.

● Strong expertise in SQL Server — stored procedures, query optimization, and schema

design.

● Hands-on experience with Telerik controls and dynamic UI components.

● Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and DOM manipulation in WebForms.

● Experience in working with external APIs (REST/XML/JSON).

● Good understanding of Git and collaborative version control processes.

● Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across both frontend and backend.

Nice to Have

● Familiarity with .NET Framework 4.x applications and deployment via IIS.

● Experience working on secure and compliant systems (e.g., SOC2 awareness).

● Understanding of complex business workflows and multi-role user permissions.

● Experience in enterprise or educational platforms.
