About the Role

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Engineer with strong backend experience in Golang and working knowledge of React. You'll play a key role in building and maintaining scalable backend services, while also contributing to frontend features and integrations as needed. This is a backend-heavy role, ideal for someone who enjoys backend architecture but is comfortable making small to moderate changes on the frontend when needed.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure backend services and APIs.

● Optimize database queries and data flows for performance and reliability.

● Own key backend modules such as: ○ Ad creative generation ○ Campaign performance tracking and cost breakdowns ○ Support for multi-region and international ad operations Frontend Collaboration (React)

● Contribute to user-facing features and admin tools using React (minimal to moderate scope).

● Implement API integrations and basic UI components in collaboration with frontend and design teams.

● Ensure consistent and smooth user experiences across the product. Cross-functional Collaboration

● Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver features from concept to production.

● Participate in technical planning, code reviews, and architectural discussions. Quality & Deployment

● Write clean, maintainable code with appropriate testing.

● Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support reliable deployment processes.

● Monitor and troubleshoot production systems as needed. Required Qualifications

● 4+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack engineer, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment.

● Strong proficiency in Golang, along with RESTful API design and SQL optimization.

● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and services like Glue, CloudWatch, or vector databases.

● Basic to moderate experience working with React (e.g., building simple components, integrating APIs).

● Solid understanding of scalable system architecture, distributed systems, and software best practices.

● Familiarity with version control, unit testing, logging, and CI/CD workflows.

Good to Have

● Exposure to AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, ControlNet, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

● Experience with ad-tech platforms or tools related to creative automation and campaign optimization.

● Prior work experience in a fast-paced startup or lean product team environment.
