The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, writing proposals, and building long-term client relationships through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. This is a full-time on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali). 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: Identify and bid for potential projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other portals. Write customized and professional proposals tailored to client requirements. Generate leads through online bidding, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and networking. Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to create accurate project estimations and timelines. Handle client communication, manage queries, and build long-term business relationships. Negotiate terms with international clients to successfully close deals. Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with IT industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies. 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄: We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while ensuring high performance and responsiveness. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to deliver robust and user-friendly solutions. This is a full-time on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali). Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js. Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver seamless, dynamic user experiences. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+). Integrate APIs and work closely with backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and SEO using best practices in modern web development. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: 2 to 3 years (preferred). Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Working knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
