𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with a focus on online bidding and client acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, writing proposals, and building long-term client relationships through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. This is a full-time on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali). 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: Identify and bid for potential projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other portals. Write customized and professional proposals tailored to client requirements. Generate leads through online bidding, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and networking. Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to create accurate project estimations and timelines. Handle client communication, manage queries, and build long-term business relationships. Negotiate terms with international clients to successfully close deals. Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with IT industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 📌 Experience: 6m to 2 years (IT Sales / Online Bidding / Business Development) ✅ Proven knowledge or hands-on experience in IT services / software sales ✅ Strong understanding of web development, mobile app development, and digital solutions ✅ Familiarity with bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer and Fiverr. ✅ Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English proficiency is mandatory) ✅ Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills ✅ Ability to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close deals ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
