Role Overview

Full Stack Developer

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the CTO and product team to deliver features fast, iterate, and scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications (frontend + backend) with clean, efficient, and scalable code.
• Collaborate with data science team to integrate AI/ML models into the product.
• Build APIs and microservices for seamless integrations with third-party marketing platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Design intuitive dashboards and user flows for marketers and brands.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of the platform.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and tech strategy.
• Take ownership— from idea to deployment to iteration.

Tech Stack (Preferred)

• Frontend:

  React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS

• Backend:

  Node.js, Express.js (or Nest.js), Python (for AI integrations)

• Databases:

  PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis

• AI/ML Integration:

  REST/GraphQL APIs for ML models, LangChain, OpenAI APIs

• Cloud/DevOps:

  AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

• Version Control:

  Git, GitHub/GitLab

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in full stack development (startup/SaaS experience is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in

  React.js

  Node.js

• Experience building scalable SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with AI/ML model integration (bonus).
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
