founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

As CTO, you’ll be in the driver's seat for all things technology: product roadmap, system design, AI/ML implementation, hiring and managing the tech team, and collaborating closely with the founding team on strategy.

Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy & Execution:

  Own and lead the tech roadmap aligned with business goals.

• Platform Architecture:

  Design scalable and secure backend systems, AI/ML pipelines, and frontend experiences.

• AI/Data Science Leadership:

  Oversee the integration of advanced data models for influencer scoring, campaign prediction, pricing optimization, and fraud detection. Content

• Team Building:

  Hire, mentor, and lead a world-class tech team.

• Product Collaboration:

  Work closely with product and business teams to rapidly iterate on customer feedback.

• Hands-on Development:

  Write clean, production-ready code in early stages when the team is lean.

• Fundraising & Investor Support:

  Represent tech in investor meetings and help drive tech narrative.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in leading engineering or data science teams, preferably in a high-growth Tech environment at an established startup or mid to large scale company. Or you can be a genius and just love solving the impossible
• Minimum Bachelor's preferably in computer science, from A list Colleges

• Strong background in

  AI/ML

  SaaS architectures

• Familiarity with tools like Python, Node.js, React, AWS/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, and scalable database systems.

• Prior experience in

  MarTech

  ,

  AdTech

  , or

  influencer/creator economy

  is a huge plus.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.

• Excellent communication skills and leadership presence.
