Role Description

This is a contractual role for a Full Stack Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience, based in India. The scope of work and timelines will be finalized upon selection.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications end-to-end.
Design and implement scalable APIs and backend services.
Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Key Technical Skills

Frontend:

React.js (expert level)
Next.js (SSR, SSG, dynamic routing, API routes)
HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS or styled-components
State management tools (Redux / Zustand / React Query)
RESTful APIs & WebSockets
Responsive and cross-browser UI development

Backend

Node.js (Express.js / Next.js API routes)
Server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG)
Authentication (JWT, OAuth)
Integration with third-party APIs
Relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Basic DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, Docker, GitHub Actions)

Additional Preferred Skills

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Vercel / Firebase)
Testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
Git and version control best practices
Agile/Scrum development methodology experience
Strong problem-solving and architectural skills

Soft Skills

Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and other engineers
Attention to detail and ownership mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools or frameworks
