What You’ll Do

Own the
full stack
: from UI/UX to backend services and databases.
Convert business needs into
clear technical tasks
with realistic estimates.
Write
clean, efficient, well-tested code
and ship with confidence.
Collaborate directly with stakeholders for quick feedback loops.
Optimize for
performance, scalability, and maintainability
.
Be proactive — raise red flags early, deliver on time, and experiment fearlessly.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

1–3 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
Strong experience with
Next.js (App Router)
.
Proficiency with
MongoDB
and database design.
Tailwind CSS
+ responsive UI know-how.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with
Git/GitHub workflows
.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience deploying apps on
AWS Cloud
.
Curiosity to learn
GoLang, AI tools, and new frameworks
.
Ability to create
UML/flow diagrams
for documentation.
