What You'll Do

• Own the full stack

  — from envisioning UI/UX to creating backend logic and designing databases.

• Translate business needs

  into clear technical tasks with time and effort estimates.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code

  following best practices.

• Interface with stakeholders for feedback and improvements.

• Collaborate in a lean team environment where your ideas matter.

• Optimize for performance and maintainability across the codebase.

• Raise flags early and ensure timely delivery of modules.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.

• Proven experience with

  Next.js (App Router)

  in a production project.

• Good understanding of

  MongoDB

  and database design.

• Experience with

  Tailwind CSS

  and responsive UI development.

• Solid knowledge of

  performance-optimized development

  .

• Proficiency with

  Git/GitHub

  version control workflows.

• Excellent

  debugging

  and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in deploying and maintaining applications on

  AWS Cloud

• Curiosity to

  learn new technologies

  and frameworks (like GoLang, AI tools, etc.).

• Strong interpersonal and
