What You'll Do Own the full stack — from envisioning UI/UX to creating backend logic and designing databases. Translate business needs into clear technical tasks with time and effort estimates. Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices. Interface with stakeholders for feedback and improvements. Collaborate in a lean team environment where your ideas matter. Optimize for performance and maintainability across the codebase. Raise flags early and ensure timely delivery of modules. What We’re Looking For Must-Have Skills 1–3 years of hands-on experience in full stack development. Proven experience with Next.js (App Router) in a production project. Good understanding of MongoDB and database design. Experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive UI development. Solid knowledge of performance-optimized development . Proficiency with Git/GitHub version control workflows. Excellent debugging and problem-solving capabilities. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience in deploying and maintaining applications on AWS Cloud . Curiosity to learn new technologies and frameworks (like GoLang, AI tools, etc.). Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills . Ability to document workflows using UML or flow diagrams .
