Position -- Permanent

Role - Java Fullstack Developer

Experience - 5 - 10 Years

Location - Chennai/Bangalore

Work Mode - 5 days WFO

Shift Timing - Afternoon (US overlapping shift)

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 days max

About the Role:

• Candidates must be expert in the primary technologies and can be average or above average in secondary technologies (i.e. all other technologies listed below).
• Candidates must be expert at database side.
• They must have ability to handle any work assigned to them related to secondary technologies. That means their basics must be very strong.
• The ideal candidate should have strong technical fundamentals, be quick to learn, and able to adapt rapidly during knowledge transitions.

Highly skilled Full Stack Developerwith hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development, database management, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services, while collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Build and maintain robust back-end services using languages such as Python,

  Java

  , Ruby, or Node.js, and frameworks like Django, Rails, or Express.js.

• Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP APIs, and architect microservices for scalable applications.

• Manage and optimize relational databases (Oracle PL/SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

• Implement version control using Git and manage code repositories (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).

• Apply DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and the API deployment.

• Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration.

Day-To-Day Activities:

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product/project managers, and QA engineers to deliver features.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the technical stack.
• Continuously monitor application performance and optimize for scalability and reliability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the tech stack.
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and system architecture.
