Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Engineer located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining front-end user interfaces and back-end server-side applications. Daily tasks include writing clean and efficient code, collaborating with team members, participating in code reviews, and troubleshooting issues. The engineer will also work on integrating data storage solutions and ensuring the scalability and performance of applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React and Next.js
• Build robust backend APIs and services using NestJS or Express.js
• Design and implement database schemas and optimize queries
• Collaborate with designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect, interactive user interfaces
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the full stack
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development
• Strong proficiency in React, including hooks, context, and modern patterns
• Experience with Next.js, including SSR, SSG, and API routes
• Solid backend development skills with NestJS and/or Express.js
• Proficiency with TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and GraphQL
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of web security best practices
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
