Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable backend services using Node.js.
• Build responsive and modular frontend components using React.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of applications.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust solutions.
• Contribute to Java-based services as part of full stack responsibilities and cross-training.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with backend development using Node.js and frontend using React.js.
• Strong JavaScript/ES6+ knowledge and experience in building APIs with Express.js or Hapi.js.
• Proficiency in React.js and component-driven development.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, SQL).
• Understanding of microservices and cloud-native architecture using Azure Functions, Event Hub, and Service Bus.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha) and TDD.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong with data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Exposure to Java and willingness to be groomed as a full-stack developer

• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
