What You Will Be Doing
- Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining multiple AI tools, crafting effective prompts, and iterating on workflows using input from subject matter experts and end users.
- Developing Context Packs and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as subject matter specialists to create and maintain documentation that captures domain knowledge and distinctive organizational understanding.
- Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual support for business logic, maintaining efficient and scalable data architecture.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a software engineer

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
