What You Will Be Doing Craft AI-driven workflows by integrating various AI tools, engineering prompts, and refining these workflows with insights from subject matter experts and user feedback. Create and maintain context packs and "Second Brains" using LLMs as domain experts, encapsulating knowledge and unique organizational insights. Design and implement data structures that enhance business logic with contextual support, ensuring efficient and scalable data models. What You Won’t Be Doing This role does not involve routine coding tasks or working on theoretical AI models without real-world application. Full Stack Engineer Key Responsibilities Enable LearnWith.AI to stand out by producing engaging, personalized educational content through AI tools. Basic Requirements A minimum of 4 years' experience as a software engineer. Professional experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok. A demonstrated interest in the EdTech sector. Nice-to-have Requirements Prior experience in developing educational content or tools is advantageous. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
