What You Will Be Doing Designing AI-Driven Workflows: Integrating various AI tools, engineering prompts, and refining workflows based on feedback from subject matter experts and users. Building Context Packs and Second Brains: Using LLMs as domain experts to develop and maintain documents that encapsulate knowledge and unique organizational insights. Designing and implementing data structures that provide contextual support for business logic, ensuring efficient and scalable data models. What You Won’t Be Doing Working on mundane, repetitive coding tasks without scope for innovation. Developing generic educational tools that lack personalization. Engaging in isolated development without cross-functional collaboration. Full Stack Engineer Key Responsibilities Drive the creation of AI-powered educational content that sets LearnWith.AI apart as a leader in personalized learning. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
